Welcome to my website.  I have been a Home Economics teacher at R.E. Mountain Secondary for 20+ years.  It has been my pleasure to teach Life Skills, a subject area that I feel passionate about.  Over the past 25 years I have taught Textile Studies, Foods and Nutrition, Family Management, Hospitality and Tourism, Career Education, English, and Social Studies.  Currently, I am teaching Fashion and Textile Studies part-time.  I love sewing, learning about new arts and crafts, cooking, reading, gardening, working with people and learning new things everyday.  I also enjoy bike riding, swimming, hiking, paddle boarding, visiting with friends and family, and traveling with my husband and two children.
